Do you have any input on HOA Companies or Individuals who have positive attitudes toward Homeowners? It seems some, not all, Community managers take on a dictatorial attitude. Is there a company or Licensed individual who seems to want to both uphold the CC & Rs but also act with mutual respect for dealing with homeowners is a goal?
