Hi again, thanks for the info. I mailed my donation today; do not like PayPal.
Next question:
Where do I get a petition form to recall the BODs? Do you have one to send to me? Or a link for one?

John. the process is easy but I have no standard form. It would go like this “We the undersigned eligible voters in “ABC” community request that a special meeting of the members be called for the purpose of voting on the recall of Directors “XY and Z” (by name).” This would have to appear on every page of signatures and you will need 25% of the eligible voters. You do not need to identify any reason and i recommend that none is provided. Your bylaws will define eligible voters. Get as many as you can and do not cut it off at exactly 25%. Once presented with that petition the board has 30 days to call and hold the special meeting. A simple majority of the votes in person and by absentee ballots decided the issue for every board member identified.
