Hand Deliver HOA Assessment Dues
Hi Dennis, Can quarterly HOA Dues notices be hand delivered, or must they be mailed or emailed?

Arizona law requires that the association provide the statement of account and assessment notice at whatever frequency established by the association. It allows this to be provided electronically if the homeowner agrees to get it that way. Other than that, the association is allowed to provide it any way they want to get it to you. It can be mailed, or hand delivered.
