Does a realty company have a vote for each property they own in the POA?

In your opinion, POA Owner Board Recall, 294 total Parcels, one signature each for ‘Special meeting of Members’ Request. Original Declarant (no longer) has 20 parcels in their possession; do they get a vote as if an owner? Be advised, the current Board is suing them for perceived inadequate and or misleading sales tactics. We have a large percentage of owners who are uninvolved and won’t engage, our POA is made up of 40 acre parcels minus road easements (36.5 to 37.7 acres).

    Joseph,

After the period of declarant control the declarant retains the rights of every other lot owner in the association and that includes the right to one vote and the obligation to pay assessment for every lot owned.
