Rancho Escondido
Do you have any experience dealing with Copper Rose management Co. Last year our HOA board switched to CR from Cadden. there are 198 homes in Rancho Escondido. I would appreciate any input!

I have dealt with several other communities have used this company and none have reflected anything good to say about this company. I will say this I’ve dealt with many more management issues with Cadden then Copper Rose, but from my perspective they are all the same. Fundamentally incompetent, have absolutely no interest in promoting a respectful community and want to get paid the most money possible for doing the least amount of work. That is why I have never recommended any management company to any community. The only difference come not from the management company it comes from the board of directors. When Board set the tone early and live to that general expectation that the management company is hired to help the board perform its duties to and for the community that they are the boss, and the management company is the contracted agent of the board . You set this tone and expectations early and often and those communities are well run and supportive of the members that pay all the expenses. It absolutely makes no difference what management company you hire the board has to run the community and set the expectation for service to and for the community as a whole. Without that management companies will never care about the community members and treat everything about them as a nuisance and an obstacle to their effort to get paid the most for doing the least amount of work.
