Dennis,
As I look over this statute i read “ the association shall”
Does this mean that any Board member can provide documents.
The Board receives HOA invoices electronically so it would be easy to forward them to me .
The management company is resisting me and insisting I pay the .15 cents

    Joseph,
The law states that the association can charge $.15 per page for document copies. It says absolutely nothing about electronic records. The charge is compensation for coping costs; there is no cost associated with the electronic transmittal of records. This is a preferential and totally inappropriate interpretation of the law. Go to their office and ask to see the records you want, and then take pictures of those records with your phone. Two can play their games.
