President Revising Bylaws in Clandestine Committee

Our board president, vice president, spouse of the VP, and a community member are meeting to revise the Bylaws without any notice to the community. In round 1, after they had many meetings, they presented the document to the community for comment. They have now been meeting in round 2 and are getting ready to present a revised document at the next board meeting. Is this legal or a violation of ARS 33-1804?

    Billy,

The open meeting law applies to a quorum of the board of directors. It looks like two board members participated in those meetings, so unless your board only consists of three members, your board members acted appropriately.
