10 Business days to respond
I sent certified mail to my HOA regarding a violation I know they have 10 business days once they receive it to respond by mail. Does that mean their response has to be only postmarked by the 10th day or do I have to receive by the 10th day?

The law does not provide a clear distinction on that issue, but is generally construed to mean the association postmarks the response by the 10th day.
