ADRE Responsiveness and Refusal to Accept Petition
I’m curious what options I have related to the ADRE HOA dispute petition process.
I submitted a petition for a single issue on Mar 26th and got confirmation of receipt on Mar 27th.
On April 20th, I finally received a response stating it was denied for the following reason: Your narrative statement includes more than one action and more than one reference to a violation committed by the Respondent. You selected “one” for the number of issues you plan on addressing in your hearing.
On April 20th, I responded asking for clarification since the petition clearly stated a single issue related to a single Arizona statute.
The week passed and I can’t get ADRE to respond.
It appears there are no other alternative means of communication with ADRE…
Just curious if anyone else has had any luck esclating with the ADRE? Should I email the commissioner? My state rep?
It’s bad enough I’m fighting with our HOA but to have to deal with non-responsive state government just makes it worse.

I’ve navigated about a dozen ADRE complaints. Sounds like your narrative statement is too broad. You have to pay $500 for each violation is claimed. What’s your narrative statement look like?

Send me your petition via my email account and I’ll help you fix your petition. ADRE under the current administration is a far cry from the earlier organization under the past administration. People in this state get what they vote for, but all of you can change that. It does no good to complain about non-responsive state agencies. Remember the government has never fixed anything they only add more bureaucracy.
