Compliance
I was cited for a compliance violation by my HOA in November 2021. The matter is still being disputed. In the time since the violation was opened, the HOA revised our compliance policy. The new policy took effect 3/21/2022. Can the HOA legally apply the new policy to a case that was initiated under the old policy?

No relative to that cited violation. If, however you are currently in violation of the new policy they are capable of citing you under the new standard based on the condition today.
