Requests for Records
Hey Dennis,
Would it be appropriate for the BOD to ask that requests for records be made in writing by mail or placed in our mailbox as opposed to email, text or orally? I know nothing is specified in the statute.

The law actually requires that records request from the association be written, but that can be paper or e-mail or text but cannot be done orally.
