Board Member proxy his vote to another board member
We have a board member who has geographical issues attending meetings .
She also has issues attending meetings on the phone.
She wants to proxy her vote to another board member.
I see Aria does not allow homeowners proxy.
I cannot find board member proxy.

The board member has no right to vote by proxy in Arizona. He can participate by phone or any other video conference or he can not participate but he cannot allow another board member to vote for him or her. He could also provide his vote in written form without the benefit of participating in the discussion on that issue during the meeting. If the person cannot participate in board meetings then he should resign and allow someone else to be appointed to the board who can do their job.
