Got a beautiful Cease and Desist letter from the HOA attorney. Our Board is so nasty and hides behind the lawyer when they do wrong. They work with the Community Manager against some of the residents. Had one of the Board members give me inside information and I have his texts. He’s scared of the rest of the Board. He provided me information to give the the State Health Dept regarding our pool. I want to post the letter here to show how nasty and threatening they are. Glad I retired from DOJ so I understand he scum that they are. Bottom line they have failed to their jobs and admitted it. I identified the issues and I’m the harasser.
