Satellite issues
We have a friendly out of compliance reminder that our satellite dish” is sightly is an annoyance to other residents”
Our CCRs specifically say that “television antennae and fixed wireless devices that are one meter or less in diameter not to be is talked so as to be visible from neighboring properties and should be painted to match the improvements on the lot “
Our satellite meets requirements.
Isn’t our satellite protected by the ortard rule? HOAS cannot interfere or impede in getting communications. We need line of sight satellite for our internet because it’s the only option right now. Any guidance?
Respectfully,
Kyle Cullen
