Since our CCR’s and bylaws were written before emails.
Is it ok to campaign via email ?

If you have e-mail addresses, then you are absolutely free to campaign via e-mail. The association is prevented from sharing e-mail address without the direct permission of the individual homeowners. You are also free to campaign door to door and to post campaign signs on your property based on a law I got passed in 2022. There are time restrictions and size restrictions on those signs, however.
