Annual Board Elections
Where can I find the state, or otherwise, rules regarding annual elections for the board of directors of a self-managed HOA?

The statutes relative to meetings of the board and members are contained in ARS-33-1804 and pertaining to elections and voting in ARS 33-1812. Neither is predicated on professional management or not, nor to size of the community. If you have any specific question, I’ll be glad to help you understand the law.
