Our POA has had four Community Management Companies (CMC) in three years. The first management company got a hold of my email June 2021 only because they had no record of our parcel purchase in 2017 where the Declarant had to get involved as they didn’t forward our paper work to the first CMC. This first CMC was instructed to remove my email address from their records, they said they did. They didn’t as the second, then the third tried to use it and were told to purge from their records, they said they did. Now the forth CMC specifically the Boards attorney has told me that because I list my email on my blogpost site that calls the Board out he is entitled to use it to send me official correspondence on behalf of the Association. Does he or the CMC or Board have the right to send me emails concerning official POA business when I want it sent by USPS with a ‘Post Mark?’
