Your update on the current House Bills regading condos and Planned Communities is excellant and very helpful. Where do find current pending legislation regarding A.R.S regarding nonprofit corporations? Thanks for all you do. It is much appreciated.

If there was any pending legislation on the non profit corporation act that would have any potential application to these communities I would list them as such in my web site or in my communications. I read every single bill as they are introduced for sensitivity to these communities. There is clearly the ability of strike everything amendment to totally change the content and focus of any bill that I may or may not be aware of but to my knowledge there is no pending nonprofit corporation legislation that would impact these communities. There are pieces of legislation relative to cites and counties and short term renting regulation and other bills some of which may impact some of these communities indirectly, I only focus on legislation that directly impacts these communities. The web site azleg.gov list every bill introduced this session, most have fallen to the wayside along the path thru the legislature. At this point in time you can find all passed legislation under the bills tab under session laws. As for any remaining bills you can see where they stand using the legislative calendar and the agenda for each floor session for either chamber.
