I apologize but could not find the following among the comments:

I am recording our board’s General meetings. They are not already being recorded by the management company.
I now I do not permission to record nor do I need to notify I am so doing.
May I share theses recordings with homeowners who were unable to make the General meetings?
If not I presume though that I may share the information that was covered in them, yes?
