Our community is having its annual election for new board members. I would like to create a letter that I can send to all homeowners requesting that they pay attention to the ballots this year and vote particularly because we need new members who will engage the problems at hand. Is there any restriction on me, mailing a letter of my design regarding my concerns and asking for their voting participation before ballots have been sent?
