Legislative action
Can you please post a list of local (Maricopa County) and State legislatures that our resident can contact to urge them to implement changes to HOA’s laws? Our BOD’s and their selective committees of friends are out of control and are negatively impacting our community. Appreciate your help.

The azleg.gov website has the names phone number and email address of all legislators. This listing can be sorted by legislative district so you can call or email your specific legislators. This is the best time for homeowners to contact their legislators and ask them to help with meaningful legislative reform to protect homeowners from abuses of their fundamental property and constitutional rights by these associations and especially the lecherous HOA industry advisors that drive these communities for their personal financial goals. I’ve drafted 12 comprehensive pieces of legislation that if enacted will lead to the protection of homeowners and the development of peaceful communities where people can live.
