Question for Condominiums HOAs-
What’s Anasazi’s policy on smoking/out of units? Any pushback or complaints about “neighbors” smoking Marijuana or other such drugs?

Arizona has no statute addressing this issue. Your Condo Board has some power to regulate this if the CC&Rs include a provision known as the nuisance clause. Smoking marijuana on a patio can travel to all other nearby units and be considered a nuisance that the board can regulate to protect homeowners’ rights to enjoy their units.
