I’m in a condo association and even with appellate court decision A Z N H v. Sunland and the policy statement at the end of ARS 33-1248, my board votes in closed executive meetings. They even broadcast it on meeting agendas – saying they’ll vote in closed executive sessions. Do association boards really have “protection” because an equivalent statute to SB1290 hasn’t been enacted for condos yet?
