Residency Requirement
Our CCRs state that the President and Treasurer must be full time residents to serve in those positions. a board member is claiming this illegal and the provision cannot be enforced. Are you aware of any prohibition of this practice?

There is no current state statute that would negate this criterion. It is perfectly legal and clear. The only way to change this is to amend the CC&Rs.
