Dennis: I sent an email back to you a few days ago and it was not delivered.
Thank you for the update on the current HOA bills before the AZ legislature. I asked how do I get to the RTS system to make comments. Is page on the AZ legislature page or somewhere else. I cannot seem to find it.

go to the legislation page on this site and you will find tutorial on how to post positions on AZleg.gov. This step-by-step guide will help you. We did this because AZleg.gov is not intuitive on how to use it.
