Board of Directors Voting By Email
In AZ are HOA boards allowed to authorize HOA legal counsel to foreclose on a property by an email vote?
The email is only open for board members not homeowners.

Under Arizona Law, the association board is not allowed to take any action by email or in any way outside of an open board meeting unless it is an emergency that cannot wait the 48 hours needed for notice of that meeting.
No matter what the governing documents or the non-profit corporation act allows.
