Dennis,
Can HOA members learn from their BOD how many active Homeowner vs Association cases are currently active, or is that considered protected information. I have read for other states that it is not protected, but am not finding anything specific to AZ.

Any details on pending and active litigation would be confidential in Arizona but if you simply requested the number of active cases in either superior court or under ADRE review for your community that number would not be confidential and a record of the association subject to records request.
