We are slowly advancing toward our Board Member recall election. The information provided to the community has bred more mistrust of the process as it has been handled at the management company level, which is leading to my question. Do we, the Association Members, have a right to view either the final list of eligible signatures on the recall petition, the signatures vetted out, or both?
