I am so glad I found this site!! I would like to help the initiative. I’m so frustrated with the BOD. There are so many unethical things going on. It seems the only way to hold them accountable is to take them court. We are electing BOD who put themselves on the ballot as co-presidents. The recorded documents (RD) do not mention co-presidents. One of the BOD’s has an Air BNB in the complex and the RD are specific about no motel services and no rentals for less than 30 days. Plus, he is so arrogant and rude to me. The other co-president is very nasty to deal with too. Condescending, entitled. Their lawyer filed foreclosure on me when we had a mediation agreement in place. Their lawyer did not give me 30-day notice to cure either. I didn’t even know who was on the BOD who started this action. I called the management company, and they told me. That’s how I found out. Yes, I won that battle, but it cost me and runs up the dues. Yes, it is this this bad. In 10/22 the BOD sent notice that trees will be cut down. I took care of my yard. This month I got bill for $450.00 for tree services, that has always been in the HOA dues. I have pictures of how the landscapers “butchered” the property and they are still trying to charge. “Limited common areas” is a growing concern. Help would be appreciated. Thank you
