At a special meeting days before a new board was elected, the 2022 board voted to amend a bylaw. Our gov docs allow the board to amend Bylaws. The amendment document was not signed and still has not been signed. Now there is a new board President and the amendment needs to be signed. Who signs it, the previous President from the time of the amendment or current President, newly elected to the board and newly elected President?
