CORRECT ARS FOR REMOVAL OF BOARD MEMBER FOR CONDO HOA
Hello ~
We are putting together a petition for do this & a little confused at the correct statute, as there are the ones for planned communities and the ones for condos. Is it ARS-1813 or ARS-1243? Or a different one altogether?

Laura,
Both the condominium act and the planned community act are identical on this issue. If you are a condominium than ARS-33-1243 applies and if you are a HOA than ARS-33-1813 applies.
