If you are a condominium they must transition when 75% of the units are sold, If you are a planned community the law is silent on the issue. I’ve tried the creations of a bill that was negotiated with dozens of man hours between stakeholders and the sponsor to no avail this year. You CC&R’s dictate the transition until statutes can be passed that apply fairness to all parties.
