RECOMMENDATION FOR COMPANY WHO SERVICES BOILER/CHILLER SYSTEMS
Hi there ~
Our community is a midcentury modern condo complex, built as apartments in 1962, & then refurbished into condos in the 1980s.
Unfortunately, we still have an old school boiler/chiller. We are seeking three bids on current work & have only been able to get one bid from the company that’s been servicing the system.
Does anyone have recommendations for me? Please and thank you!

Sorry i try to stay out of the business of recommending contractors, especially if i have no first hand knowledge on the performance of any contractor. Maybe other members will have recommendations for you. Have you looked into services like Angie list for recommendations?
