Monthly assessment statements
I can not find the requirements for the Homeowners monthly assessment report.
Is in a statute?

Joseph,
The statute is ARS 33-1256 for condominiums and 33-1807 for planned communities. Both are identical. A major change was made to those statutes in this last session but that specific provision was not changed.
