Held in Committee = ?
Dennis,
Looking over the bills from last year, when it says “Held in committee”, does that mean the bill is effectively done for 2024 for all practical purposes, or is it still something that can be considered and (hopefully) turned into law in 2025?

Dead is dead. Any bill held in committee is dead. To be reintroduced in any subsequent session, it must be introduced as a totally new bill.
