I just wanted to say thank you for doing this! I am a new member and I feel so inspired to see someone putting in labor just to help out their fellow neighbors and make the community at large a better place!

Having grown up in a neighborhood without a HOA, having to be in one now is definitely an adjustment and often confusing. Having a place to look for support, guidance and learn is so special.
