Just posting to encourage the fight. You are not alone. Our community in Gilbert voted on HB2298, but the yeses succeeded. My HOA failed to follow due process, equitable governance, transparency laws and communicated false information on the ballot and conspiracy to sway election outcome. I have submitted a record’s request to view all election material and now they want an NDA (buahahahahaha). They’re attempting a bluff…tisk tisk. Stay in the fight fellow freedom-fighters. You are not alone. Don’t let them win.

Never sign an NDA for a community record that you and any other homeowner can access. The association has no authority to mandate an NDA, other than in legal proceedings or settlements.
I will not give up the fight. The real question is, are there any other homeowners in this state ready to stand with me to fight for your rights in these dictatorships? Two thousand four hundred people have joined this site, but when I ask for help or support with legislation, I work hundreds of hours to develop and get sponsored or fight to defeat it, I get responses from less than 200 people.
This will never move the needle for any of the 3.5 million homeowners in this state for relief and justice.
