Director Violations
My community has a board director who routinely commits rules violations. When confronted with these violations, she decries child discrimination or other such harassment. What can be done about this director?

What is this individual’s “Child discrimination”? That’s a first. Board members are required to comply with the association’s rules, just like any other member. The rest of the board has the duty to address this issue with the individual board member and enforce the rules consistently across the community; failure of the board to enforce the rules simply invites a lawsuit against the association.
Bring the issue up to the overall board.
