Meeting minutes
Looking at HOA meetings minutes the management company states that the minutes have to be approved by the Board before they are distributed to the members.
Google says that a completed minutes or a draft have to be provided 30 days after the meeting.
Which is correct. Also is there a series 33 statute that verifies this

The only statute relative to the availability of meeting minutes for these communities is the records request statute. While it is common sense that meeting minutes should be available to community members in draft format soon after the meeting, communities will rarely take action unless the law requires them to do so, and even then, only if it is convenient for them. Officially, meeting minutes are not records of the association until they are approved at the next meeting, so using the records request statute, the managers and attorneys tell these community boards that they do not have to provide meeting minutes until they are official records. My open meeting law proposal will require that draft meeting minutes be supplied to any member 10 business days after the meeting.
