HB 2158 status
I read elsewhere that HB 2158 has passed on 4-4 and now goes to the governing for signing?
Is that correct?

That is correct it is on the Governor’s desk for approval, and we expect that any day now.
When this is signed, is there a waiting period before it becomes effective?
All bills are effective 90 days after the session ends. Sometime in late August or early September.
