ACC and AZ Law
Hi Dennis
I am hoping you can send me in the right direction to find what AZ Law says about ACCs for Planned Communities. We are told that the Chair of the committee must also be a member of the Board and I would like to read where that is stated in AZ Law.

The statute is ARS 33-1817. I’ve always believed that this was a totally unnecessary provision that add no real value. I’ve proposed a bill that along with many other aspects of ARC limits on their power, will eliminate this provision.
