I received an email about “HB-2210 Board duties”. I find this to be an essential missing part of the existing Law. How can I support your efforts to ensure this is entered into law? My HOA Board has consistently violated the law, and tells outright lies to the community and controls all the talking points so that no truth can be added to the discussion. I have long felt that without the removeal of immunity all of your other laws, bills don’t even matter. This is because at the end of the day I am fighting a board with immunity who uses my own money against me, defames me to my community for submitting ADRE cases and takes no accountability when they loose and I prevail. Sadly I dont think this will make it to law, but I want to help provide as much support as possible and please, please make this retro active.
