Meeting with Comm Mgr and Accounting
Hello Dennis
I have the lack of ability to understand our accounting system, making it difficult for me to formulate questions during Board Meetings regarding financing projects. Is it appropriate to ask for a meeting with our Community Manager and a representative from the Management Company’s Accounting Department for explanation purposes?

Nothing stops you from asking but they will most probably not provide such a service. Get a copy of the monthly financial statement and send it to me at the AZHOAtruth@gmail.com account and I’ll look it over and answer any question you have and help you understand what to look for.
