I met with you and Representative Neal Carter this Legislative Session. I spoke before the committee hearing two of your Bills that Reprehensive Carter presented to the House. In Maricopa County Superior Court. I intend to File a A.R.S. Rule 60 Relief from Judgment or Order against Villas Scottsdale II concerning their board of directors fraudulent filing of Case # CV2018-051054. Do you have any input or advice on Rule 60? As you know, I’m not an attorney, and as such, I cannot comment on any rules of the court. My focus is on HOA law and how it has been established through case law, common law, and statutory law.
